Terms of Service

1. The service

UnMocked provides AI-assisted interview preparation: transcription, AI-generated suggestions and feedback, document analysis, coding practice, and related tools. AI output can be wrong; you are responsible for what you say and do in interviews.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate any agreement you hold with an interviewing party, to break recording/consent laws, to misrepresent your identity or qualifications, or to attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data.

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us the limited license needed to process it (extraction, embedding, AI calls) solely to provide the service to you.

3. Plans, credits & billing

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at period end. Monthly credit grants reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Purchased credit packs do not expire.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

4. Availability & changes

We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service on self-serve plans (Enterprise SLAs are governed by the applicable order form). We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

5. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost employment opportunities.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.
